mountain knotgrass   is an herbaceous plant which spreads over the ground. Its branches are long and branched, sometimes they creates limited silvery areas like a rug. Its leaves are Elliptic or Spear-shaped, its conspicuous blossoms are silver colored, the flowers are small and their heads is bally. The over ground plant parts remain long after the flowering and the fruit ripening.
mountain knotgrass   is considered as the most effective treatment of urinary tract obstruction and kidney stones. In the folk medicine of the Israeli Arabs, they award the plant with crowns of fame in those treatments, and in fact this herb is efficiently proving itself.
For treating kidney stones and urinary tract obstruction 
 Pick a handful of leaves, stems and inflorescences - dry or green - and boil in a liter of water for half an hour. Filter, cool, and drink as a tea. Quantity: 5-4 cups a day.
