Potato, also called potato tubers, is a plant from the Solanaceae or nightshade family, his tubers evolves from stems sub-grounded and are used for food. His indigenous place are the Andes, we can also find there more species closed to potatoes.
The potato was brought to Israel by the Baron Rothschild's assistants. In Israel it became a very important growth because of its nutritional importance.  The potato is rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C and vitamin B, iron, magnesium and potassium, and even more.
Israeli farmers grow the potatoes in two seasons: fall season, collected in winter; and winter season, collected in the spring or early summer. In the Hot summer of Israel the potato do not grow well, because it likes temperate weather.

For Migraines and headaches take a potato slices, arrange them side by side along the forehead till the temples and tighten them with a cloth bandage.
